Having the sound of the stream right next to the place is very relaxing!

The property is sitting between two beautiful lakes (Bled and Bohinske). Very short walking distance to a grocery store that opens at 7 am. Rooms are bright and spacious equipped with everything we needed. There is sauna with a separate shower room. during our stay in the end of September we had to face few rainy days and after trips to the lakes, waterfalls or mountains, sauna was the best option... Also this beautiful house built in 1904 has a very nice balcony and shared spaces under the roof. The best comfort to price ratio I ever had. Kudos to the owners of that beautiful house....

Incredibly spacious, clean, private, well-equipped apartment in a beautiful location with easy access to trails, a small supermarket and Lake Bohinj. Parking in front was easy, check-in was very quick and the space had everything I could possibly need for my four day stay (wifi, washing machine, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, cooking oil/salt, all necessary kitchen utensils). Highly recommended!

Janja is an exceptional hostess who truly cares about her guests. Loved all the information and suggestions she provided. She kindly offered me a nicer room than I had reserved, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. I’m a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby there! Super convenient to Ribnice waterfalls, and there’s a bike/foot path to Stara Fuzina that continues to the lake, if you prefer not to have to drive/pay for parking in those areas. The only “problem” is that you’ll wish you could stay longer ;)

We were received by Ema personally, and shown around the place. The apartment is new ( we were the first ) and very well done, with high quality. It's a family business, and everybody was incredibly welcoming to us. We also got to meet several local people during our stay and -again- rare to meet such nice people. They provided us with an idea of how it is to live there and which less-known places are best to visit. It didn't long for us to fall in love with the place. This also goes for the village of Sredjna Vas, a beautiful town in a great location. Exceptionally well suited for hikers and cyclists ( pathes go directly through and from the village ) and it's well worth the effort to visit not only the lake but also around Bohinj valley. All in all if / when we are in the region, this will not just be the top-pick for us, but the only one. Thank you so much for everything!

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern it was. Everything was perfectly maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our meals. The bed linens were fresh and fragrant, and the mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and provided everything we needed. The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to all major attractions. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, allowing us to relax and unwind. The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She greeted us with a smile and provided all the necessary information about the area, answering all our questions. We were very satisfied with her hospitality and care. We would love to return here and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location. A big thank you for a wonderful stay!
