I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with some highs and lows. The hotel itself is brand new and spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spa facilities were excellent, and I particularly appreciated how quiet the pool and sauna were—perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly, but I found that they only did the bare minimum. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a higher level of customer service, with more attentiveness and effort to go above and beyond for guests. One major downside was the housekeeping service—while the room was cleaned for the first few nights, for the last two days, it was largely neglected. In terms of location, it’s a bit far from the main attractions in Istanbul, so if it’s your first time visiting, I’d recommend staying closer to the city centre. However, the hotel is conveniently close to tram and metro stations, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great facilities, but the staff need to work on their customer service to truly meet 5-star expectations. If they improve in that area, it could be an outstanding place to stay.

When we arrived for check in, Irfan greeted us with respectful and was super friendly. I requested twin beds and we realized they had sea view rooms so we asked if it was possible and he made our vacation even better than what we had expected. All the staff were super friendly from reception, kitchen and ro service.
