We love that the kitchen staff accommodated our request for packed breakfast for our last day because our flight out was early. The whole staff is very exceptional - front desk even provided umbrellas because of the torrential rain, and housekeeping staff is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

A few BBC channels on TV for English speakers. It was close to the hall for my work event. The lady downstairs was helpful and called a taxi for me.

There’s a nearby Starbucks, 7-11, and cafe. Xihu MRT station is also near and would take you around 2 mins to walk. The room is cleaned every day. The staffs are nice. One of the receptionists is very helpful. She helped us to make a call and booking reservation for a new year buffet.
