Check in and check out process was smooth and fast! Hotel lobby is so nice! We love the facilities and free amenities! We love the 24/7 snacks and drinks at the lobby! We also enjoyed the food during happy hours! The hotel is really clean and nice! Location of the hotel is also good since it is near food shops/stores! The view from our room is also great since we stayed in the 30th floor in a room with Taipei 101 view! Thank you Front Desk for granting my request to stay on a higher floor and for the 2 rooms to be near each other! The bathtub also in our room is nice and clean! The toiletries provided are also nice! Also, the front desk staff answered all my questions promptly in the chat box after reserving the rooms in Booking.com.
