The people there were very nice, both the owners and the other guests. I had to arrive at 2am because of my flight and there was no problem! They sent me how to do self check-in and everything went smoothly. Location is very good, close to some landmarks and to the main station. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable and even in 8 people rooms, we had privacy. I recommend.

The staffs were super helpful. There was a typhoon going through during our stay. They offered us flexibly extra days and helpful advice. Building is new, room is spacious and location is great! Laundry service and water refill were also super helpful!

Our second time to stay in Sotetsu Hotel, everything is perfect as before. Convenient location for food and shopping. We able to get the highest floor, and the view is exceptional.

Ideally situated in the Zhongzheng District district of Taipei, N Hotel is set 300 metres from Taipei Zhongshan Hall, 700 metres from MRT Ximen Station and less than 1 km from Taipei Main Station. The room and hotel was very sleek, new, clean and very quiet, with an unbelievably huge bed and soft duvet. And the bathroom was utmost clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and the check in and out process was very easy. It's very very close to Taipei Main Station if you need to travel early the next morning.

The guy with the long hair and the glasses is really, really nice and helpful and even gave us a discount because we got the dates confused and had to add more days, the location is right on the train station and delicious restaurants

Set in Taipei, 1.6 km from National Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, 玩行旅台北分館 features views of the city. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, speaking very good English and managing to check us in in less than 10 minutes. The rooms really exceeded our expectations. They were huge, with a bath tub jacuzzi for 4 people and a spinning bike to exercise in the room! We had a great sleep, as windows were soundproof and no noises came from the corridor. Overall, an amazing stay and we will book this hotel again.
