Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options. The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really wouldn't engage in friendly banter. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, and smiling, but I personally had the impression that We were just another guests.

Wonderful reception, nice drinking and dining options, fantastic food and drink, and wonderful ambience. The gym is among the best hotel gyms I have ever been to. And I'm picky about gyms!
