This is a central offering a friendly service from lovely staff. The hotel has limited facilities but I knew this before I booked. My room was large, with a king-size bed and city view. It was very ckean and comfortable. The air conditioning/heating was initially set incorrectly (I assume by another guest). When I mentioned this at reception, it was rectified immediately .

Residence Inn Downtown is located next to Baltimore Convention Center and 2 blocks from the renowned Inner Harbor. It features a well-equipped gym and can provide an airport shuttle service. The room is very comfortable, mini-apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. It's important for me. The only thing that is frustrating is the large number of deposits that are debited from the card and returned after two weeks. When we change seven to eight hotels per trip, an impressive amount accumulates. Guys, this is not convenient! The only chain of eight hotels that returns money with lightning speed is the Hilton.

Robert in the concierge lounge was awesome, the breakfast staff had great energy, and all front desk staff were super helpful. also, the sleep spray works really well!

This Baltimore hotel is a 5 minute walk from Inner Harbor. The hotel features a gym and guest studios include free Wi-Fi and cable TV with HBO. Very friendly front counter staff. The room was a generous size with a couch and work station. Breakfast included was a bonus.
