The location is excellent, just down the road from the public library and Grand Central Station, which are tourist destinations in their own right.

The rooms were cozy, spotless, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. Everything was neat and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay both comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making me feel at home. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in New York, I highly recommend 70 Park Avenue Hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This East Side hotel, in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood, is 483 metres from Grand Central Station. The hotel features a fitness centre. I liked the ambience, interesting photography on the walls, cool jazz playing in the lobby. Nice room detail: a strip of charger outlet right next to the bed. The location is good, no tourist crowds, easy walks to most sights.

Even though restaurant was still in construction, they put it an effort and sold pastries and coffee for cheap every morning.

Since we travel a lot, we prefer intelligent designed rooms over spacious rooms. Everything had its place and was right where it should be in this tiny room. In regards of our needs: Best hotel in NYC so far!
