Perfect location, very friendly front desk, god moved to a higher floor, very comfortable beds, big and soft, god shower, nice coffee in the room, smal and nice fridge in the room.

We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. staff so friendly and helpful, perfect location to start exploring nyc and nice-warm interior on every details and huge SHOUT OUT Brianna for the room upgrade arrangement that's make the stay better. 10/10

This Manhattan urban resort is located in NoMad, 350 metres from Madison Square Park. There is an on-site spa and free WiFi access. The location is perfect! Around 20 minutes away from Times Square and has a lot of nearby restaurants. I especially like how there is regular housekeeping which ensures me that my stay is clean and comfortable. The staff are also all very welcoming and accommodating.

The rooms have perfectly placed lighting and art deco features. I absolutely live the heated bathroom tiles especially if you’re visiting NYC during winter.
