I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. Its always clean, we love the smell so much we bought it at your reception! Nice location and we love the Essential King room with the view of the NY Life Building (gold roof). Always Magic!

This Manhattan urban resort is located in NoMad, 350 metres from Madison Square Park. There is an on-site spa and free WiFi access. The location is perfect! Around 20 minutes away from Times Square and has a lot of nearby restaurants. I especially like how there is regular housekeeping which ensures me that my stay is clean and comfortable. The staff are also all very welcoming and accommodating.
