The location is great! It’s close to just about anything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us - we loved that there were a total of 3 beds & that there was a kitchen. The free breakfast every day was a nice perk as well. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phx.

She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.
