The location is great! It’s close to just about anything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us - we loved that there were a total of 3 beds & that there was a kitchen. The free breakfast every day was a nice perk as well. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phx.

Planned on staying just 1 night during our 3 week road trip but we booked an extra night while there as the hotel was lovely plus in a great location. The hotel grounds and inside smell very nice. Everything is clean. We stayed in a queen double suite which was amazing for the price. Best 2 nights sleep we have had in our first 9 days of our trip! Staff friendly and breakfast was all cooked fresh.

The hotel is very well accessible even without a car thanks to the metro line running right in front of it. It is situated near the Heard Museum, which is pretty impressive. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast has a lot of choices and there is a pool. Ice machine on the floor.

Everyone was so nice except one girl at the front desk. She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.

From I walked through the door the staff was amazing checking in was great my keys was already waiting for me. Facility was great love the pool area. Manager went above and beyond for me and brought me a beautiful desk and chair for my to do my class work. I will definitely have to visit again when I come to visit my son in GCU College
