We got the family beach room in a 2nd floor and it was AMAZING! The views were to die for and the amount of things to do RIGHT outside the hotel were crazy! We have now marked this our best family vacation so far!

I block to Voltaire street with coffee and tacos and an organic grocery. 3 blocks to the beach or estuary (great birding), a short mile to Newport Ave. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is nice. Back yard sitting area gets lots of sun.

There were many windows and the living area had high ceilings. We immediately felt at home. The beach is just a stone's throw away and the shops are within walking distance. I can only recommend it!
