Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the most comfortable rooms and environment. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough to help. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the beach but it’s hard to leave the pool which is beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer

The property was stunning. Very clean, quiet, serene. We lounged by the pool every day it was so relaxing and it was really close to all the places you want to be. The rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping always did a wonderful job, and the owner / manager are genuinely great people. We showed up not knowing much and received great recommendations and a warm welcome, and left leaving with some new friends. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Punta / Uruguay.

Lovely and perfectly kept small whitewashed hotel in a nice location overlooking Montoya Beach, just outside La Barra, with swimmingpool and charming garden.The exceptionally kind owners were very attentive to all our wishes and concerns. We had a large and clean comfortable room with a view to the garden and sea. Very nice generous breakfast on the terrace or inside with classical music and exotic birds painted on the walls. I remember birds singing in the morning.... We had reserved one week and wanted to come back for another one!!

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Puerta Azul asub Punta del Estes, 1,5 km kaugusel Montoyast ja 2,4 km kaugusel Bikinist. A perfect location although we found La Barre busier than our previous locations . Alejandra and Gonzalo met us at the property to hand over the keys and show us round and share with us their local knowledge Gonzalo spoke perfect English and Alejandra was very animated and very easy to understand despite the language barrier. The flat at Puerta Azul was perfect with all the amenities and mod cons you could want. The flat was comfortable and tastefully decorated and had the advantage of a wonderful patio and garden. We were able to park right outside the front door and we could walk to the local shops and restaurants. We travelled into Punta del Este to the west and up the coast to Jose Ignacio to the east to view the fantastic Oceanic Coast

Hard to overstate how great this place is! Well-designed and has everything one could for cooking, hanging out and everything in between. Plenty of privacy and a little outdoor patio/yard, yet the hosts are in the house next door so can be very attentive as needed. Alejandra was kind, respectful and offered good advice about sights in the area. The location is optimal: in (IMO) the best neighborhood of PdE (La Barra), close to the beach and commerce but a block away from the zone of noise/hustle/bustle. Perfect for a couple or a family of three. Would definitely go back.

The host was very pro active and friendly. Unfortunately, a previous accommodation arrangement had fallen through and the host saved us!! Thanks again!
