Super sweet staff that helped me with everything. They gave me a free room upgrade. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants/cafes. Location was very central, right in the old quarter, but I didn’t hear anything from the busy area in my room. Room looked very nice and clean. Would come back here for sure

Loved that it was open at 12am for checking in when we arrived from Sapa and the staff were super helpful! Even though it is situated on the beer street and there was loud music, we were on the 4th floor so we could hardly hear anything. We slept peacefully and it was super clean and nice!

The vibes in Old Quarter were amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great and we could even take a quick shower before our night bus in the evening on the day we checked out. We got a free upgrade to a room with windows, and I would definitely recommend picking that room as it was lovely to watch people stroll in the streets of Old Quarter

The Cosy Inn Hanoi is a fantastic place to stay, right in the heart of the Old Quarter! We loved the prime location, which made exploring the city so convenient. The customer service was top-notch, and they even arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel experience so much smoother. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose The Cosy Inn Hanoi again on our next visit!

True-This is a lovely hotel to stay. So convenient location with clean rooms and super friendly nice staffs who could provide any help you may need. Booked our trips with them and got very good prices and tour prices. We are happy to recommend this property to everyone coming to Hanoi old Quater!

And most importantly, the location! In the middle of the old city. Within walking distance of everywhere. I really enjoyed it, and I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to Hanoi again. In short: an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
