Location formidable, next to the lake and it has lake view on the restaurant floor and the rooftop. Very newly opened (4 months) so everything fresh and the design is nice with care. Room very clean and the bed is huge, the biggest I ever had in Vietnam. Breakfast with many choices and the afternoon tea is lovely too. I stayed only for one night but the staff did their best to make me feel this is an unforgettable stay. In Hanoi there are quite many hotels that compete with each other and sometimes you read ratings that are not authentic. I stayed at another hotel before this one, which cost me the same and the reviews there is also good, even with similar hotel name but this one is way better, the other one was under construction and the facilities were way less than Le Premier. So I decided to leave this comment to help.

A special shout out to Quinn, she has been extremely helpful providing us necessary info to move around the city freely. The bed was extra comfy and we rested our tired body every night, having hard time waking up the next day. This is the IT place to stay whenever i plan to go back to Hanoi.

Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Nguyen Phuong Thao. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again. ❤️

I stayed here for a total of 3 nights. The location is perfect. It is located jn a relatively quiet street in Old Quarter while still being near on most attractions. And all the staffs are amazing, from Mr. David the manager and even to the attendants at the lobby, the lovely lady at breakfast and even the cleaning ladies. Mr. David arranged for my tour to Sapa. From the pick up until the drop off back to Sena hotel were arranged. Also, the celebration for the national day has started when I was back in Hanoi and Mr. David picked me up from the bus stop by his motorbike to avoid the massive traffic. I saved a lot of time. He didnt have to do it but he still did. That was far beyond what is expected of him. He could have just left me there and wait for the partner tour agency to drop me back to the hotel. On a side note, please, if you have limited time in Sapa, dont go to the cable car but visit the communities living in the mountains. This visit definitely affected me on a deeper level. I’ve visited a lot of cities and I already kind of forgot most stuff I did in most. But for sure, this visit is something I will never forget.

Everybody so friendly and professional at the same time . Their help and care the first two days when my friend was sick was priceless. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. They even made me an upgrade to a bigger room with window and a bathtub as I was leaving midnight and I was loosing the breakfast of next day. Live music at the rooftop bar was a bonus for me as I was solo the few last days of the trip. Highly recommend this hotel. Location , cleanliness and the staff are 5 star. Another plus was that the kept my luggage to the hotel when I left for two days with my Backpag to visit Sapa.

The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.
