The rooms were extremely clean and had someone clean the room everyday, there was also complimentary fresh fruit every day, with free bottles of water and instant noodles. The members of staff and young men were very well mannered and polite and willing to help. The rooms were also extremely spacious with authentic interior.

Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.
