The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They recommended great restaurants and went above and beyond to help us with transport to ha long bay. Andy met us at the bus station on his day off to make sure we go on okay!! The facilites are just as amazing as the staff. The pool was lovely and pool table and gym. The rooms were very clean and well kept, modern and very nicely designed. The location was also perfect for us, away from the major chaos of the Old Quater but still minutes away when we wanted to get dinner. Would 100% recommend M Village to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Absolutely marvelous hotel! Located in a calm and cosy place, surrounded by small shops and restaurants in proximity to old quarters and main attractions. Very cute design and cosy rooms, equipped with all necessary amenities. Daily full cleaning and a decent breakfasts. Pool is also available, but i didn't use it, since the weather was a bit cold for me. The tee jewel of the hotel is Staff which is really helpful and caring. If I would travel to Hanoi again that would be my choice number one.
