The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We liked our room, but make sure to book one with a 'view,' as some rooms may not have a window, and the price difference is minimal. The location was perfect for us, right in the heart of streets filled with local shops and street vendors. Most shops in this area sell groceries, so it's quieter in the evening compared to the nearby streets where clothing is sold. We also booked a one-day tour to Ha Long Bay at the reception and were very satisfied with it, feeling the prices offered good value for what you get.

The staff were more than accommodating and exceptional. I've never ad this level of service and commitment from a stay before. 10/10. Dinh and his staff were super attentive and provided excellent local recommendations.

Great location, right in the heart of the Old City of Hanoi, everything is close by. The breakfast was hearty and there was a good variety of things to choose from. The staff was amazing, they were really helpful and accommodating, they helped us with anything we asked and made our lives a lot easier. Thank you, David, Harry, Hannah, Phu. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it to anyone.

From the moment I booked, Tina made my experience extraordinary by offering help with transport and providing detailed information about the hotel’s tours. Her warmth set the tone for a stay I was truly looking forward to even before my arrival. When I got there, I was greeted by name, which felt like a very personal touch and rare to find these days. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the accommodation is comfortable and inviting. The rooftop bar with live music was an unexpected delight, enhancing my overall experience. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay made me feel incredibly welcomed in Hanoi. One especially touching moment was when they surprised me with a birthday treat in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special mention to Mr. Leo, the manager, whose leadership is reflected in the professionalism and happiness of his team. It’s clear he has a true talent for hospitality, making the entire stay a pleasure. I look forward to staying with them again the next time I’m in Hanoi!

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir noktadaydı. Ayrıca otele varış yaptığımızda çok sıcak karşılandık.Giriş işlemleri yapılırken bizleri ayakta bekletmeyip oturtarak karşılama çayı ikram ettiler. 10 saatlik bir yolculuğun üzerine gerçekten güzel bir jest oldu. İşlemler yapılırken Hononi şehrinde görmemiz gereken noktalar restoranlar gibi ihtiyacımız olacak birçok bilgiyi harita üzerinde işaretleyerek verdiler. Otelin müşteri odaklı hizmet anlayışı var. Personel bunu size çok güzel bir şekilde yansıtıyor. Özellikle bize işlem yapan Quynh Anh adlı çalışan sayesinde bunu deneyimledik.
