Great pool and gym, able to do proper workouts. Breakfast was lovely with a combination of ready made food and options made to order. Bed was hard but asked for mattress topper to be added and was quite comfortable after. We stayed for a week so helpful that the unit had a washing machine and the necessary equipment to do some light cooking. Also had a great water filter in the room for drinking water.

Elegant Suites Westlake is a collection of spacious studios and apartments with self-catering facilities and free WiFi. Complimentary private parking is available. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who welcomed us with big smiles. They offered us a refreshing drink while waiting for check-in procedures. Afterward, the staff led us to our apartment and guided us about our accommodation. I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment's stylish interior and modern facilities. Notably, the master bedroom's toilet was equipped with a washlet, the popular Japanese toilet. However, it would have been even better if the other toilet had a washlet. Our stay was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Also, I would like to thank the lady service staff in the restaurant. We felt warm when she remembered, prepared, and brought the hot chocolate for our daughter. We are so sorry that we forgot to note down those staff who gave us excellent service and made our stay enjoyful.

Situated in Hanoi, 270 metres from West Lake, Love St - Hanoi Hotel features views of the city. For the price, it’s unbeatable. We couldn’t stand the noise of the old quarter so this was a perfect and quiet location for us, just a 10 min scoot away from central. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was simple but over all, everything was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!
