Staff was very kind and helpful with anything and everything (transfers, laundry, on site massage, tour bookings, recommendations etc.) Room was large and with a great shower/bath 2 min walk to the best part of the beach and plenty of cafes, massages, restaurants surround ing the hotel Calm and relaxing pool area, great with a dip after a long day sightseeing

The hotel is perfectly located near a quiet part of An Bang beach, just 2 minutes walking through another hotel territory and you can enjoy clean empty beach with white sand. If the beach is too hot, you can rest by the pool, which has sunbeds and natural shade. The location is also good for exploring the surroundings: many sights are easily reached with a taxi, or you can grab a free bicycle from hotel (but beware the traffic, it's hectic). The staff give you a list of recommendations about local restaurants - there are quite a few in walking distance. Won't recommend Barefoot beach club though, got a bad food poisoning there. All the nightlife and bars are in 15-min walk distance, so it's very relaxing and quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and spacious (we got a free upgrade :)), the bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is effective. The breakfast is excellent! It's not buffet, but still has enough western and Vietnamese varieties you wouldn't get tired of it in 2 weeks. The cereals are the best! The hotel also offers spa with a discount for residents, which is a nice touch after a busy day of exploring. The owner/manager and the staff are exceptionally caring, this is the place we felt most welcome in Vietnam.

Lovely property, great location by the beach, really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was perfect with several tasty options and very fresh.

De ligging vlakbij het strand. Een lieve host die altijd voor ons klaar stond. Ruime kamer met goed bed en een groot balkon. Aangenaam zwembad. Met de fiets in 20 min in centrum van Hoi An.

Beach Haven Suites Hội An Apartment heeft een buitenzwembad, een privéstrand, een gedeelde lounge en een terras in Hội An. Good hotel, great location and lovely staff. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, even the driver they arranged to take me to the airport. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, a a short walk to the beach. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes by Grab, which is very convenient. I'd recommend if you want a quieter stop and to be close to the beach.

Santa Sea Villa ligt recht tegenover het strand van Tan Thanh en in het hart van het vissersdorpje Tan Thanh Tourism Community. Our family loved our time at Santa Sea. The staff are amazing and went out of their way for us. Our son strained his ankle on the beach and the staff helped him and even put some traditional herbs on it. We were unlucky with the weather as it rained a lot, and the staff provided us with rain coats and a beautiful lunch. Our family room was very spacious, loved the bath, the view, beautiful breakfast, lovely quiet location with plenty of restaurants on the street. Highly recommend
