We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An at the Grand Sunrise Palace. We booked the Presidential Suite for 3 days. Great room with little surprises every day (cakes, wine) a great welcome and perfect service. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. big thanks goes to Luna .She made our holiday perfect. Thank you for that. The location is great. It's a 15-minute bike ride (free) to the beach and the city. The location is absolutely fine. breakfast with a large selection. We can highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel right on the river. Jenny, the manager, checked in with us every day and instantly made us feel at home. Min, Rose, Larie and the rest of the staff added to the friendliness and helpfulness and made our stay here so enjoyable. An extra bonus was the hotel barge on the river where we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at sunset. Breakfast room and food selection superb as well as their outdoor patio. Jennie was always on top of everything and at the time of our stay she was adding more plants on the already lush patio. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hoi An Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa offers affordable rooms with flat-screen TVs, a 5-minute drive An Bang Beach and Hoi An’s city centre. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge. Ms Sue and Dung have been so helpful during our stay and made it really pleasant. They took really good care of us even for flight schedule issues. Thank you so much for having us !

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel is incredibly clean, with everything well-maintained and neat. The staff is exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They assisted us with booking trips, helped us rent a motorbike, and even organized a taxi to the airport for a very reasonable price, both for our arrival and departure. The pool area was lovely — quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxation after a busy day. We also made good use of the small but nice gym, which was well-kept and great for a quick workout. Breakfast offered a huge selection, including freshly made eggs prepared in several styles to suit all tastes. We also appreciated the staff’s recommendations for local tailors and a nearby hairdresser — everything was spot on! The location was fantastic as well, just by the river, and only about 10 minutes by bicycle to the old town. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which was a great way to explore the area at our own pace. We were so comfortable and happy here that we even decided to extend our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-located hotel with exceptional service, this place is a perfect choice!

This has been our favorite hotel to date. It is a bit from Old Town, but they have regular shuttles or it is a 20ish minute walk. The have access to beach chairs at An Bang Beach, which is amazing! The staff were so helpful on every front.

The room was spacious and bed very comfy. Spa facilities were amazing, pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and all staff were very accommodating
