Flower is an amazing host whose cheerfulness and generosity are second to none. She made us feel like part of her family during our 4 night stay. She prepared a delicious full breakfast for us each morning, and served it at a nice table by the pool! She organized tours, an airport pick up, and laundry service for us. We recommend her suggested egg coffee workshop at Calm House 1! We enjoyed the yoga room very much as well. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place while in Hoi An! You will be glad you did.

I loved that the owner Trang gave very tailored recommendations! The staff that was cooking breakfast was also very friendly and approachable! The facilities were good and definitely as advertised. Bang for buck for sure will be back!

This place is so peaceful right on the river away from the business of Old Town. So quiet and tranquil. I like that there are only 6 people in the dorm total. The other two rooms are private. I am now going to stay here for a few weeks in the private which has a stunning private balcony overlooking the water. The WiFi is really good for working, and the AC is super cold. There are fans in the room too. The patio out front is perfect for reading with a cup of tea. But the best part is the host family ¨̮ They are genuine, compassionate people that make you feel at home. They made my stay memorable, that’s why I’m booking longterm. I don’t want to leave!

Everything. I could not fault this resort. I felt like I wanted to stay at the resort instead of exploring hoi an. Very comfortable and clean. By far the best place I have ever stayed at.

Absolutely amazing starting from facilities ending with staff. Felt very welcomed, breakfast was tasty, premises were beautiful. Bicycles are free of charge to use but it is also possible to rent a motorbike. They offer laundry service, tour booking and transfers if needed. Villa is on an island so it is nice and quiet. Tram who manages the property is just a fun, life loving lady.

With free bikes, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.... Right on the river perfect location, place was clean staff was friendly. Family owned gem, it is close enough to downtown where travel is easy and far enough away to get some peace and quiet from the busy streets that can be overwhelming. Would definitely stay here again when we are back!
