I spent only 2 nights but really enjoyed Hoi An thanks to kind staff. They arranged transportation, tour etc. then took care of every small concern. The hotel, good variety of breakfast, walking distance to old town but not noisy at night.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and kindness of Kevin stood out. He was incredibly welcoming and always went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. What truly made our experience special was how servicial and thoughtful Kevin and team was. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-visit spots, which turned out to be highlights of our trip. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. If you're looking for a place where warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional service come together, this is it. Our time at your hotel was wonderful and they way Kevin treated us unforgettable. Highly recommended!
