This was such a lovely hotel with all the things you would expect and a load of thoughtful interior design, all very nice and great rooms, breakfast etc. The check-in was the best of my trip and the front of house team were very supportive, all the way through my stay. For example Uyen who checked me out made sure I was aware of all the facilities I could use until my transfer later that day. I loved being able to use the bikes to explore (e.g. the vegetable village), and appreciated the helpful one page map the hotel provided. It was an easy walk to the old town and the night market.

From the amazing welcome, all of the travel advice - it felt like home from home ! Hotel rooms were clean and well equipped and location was perfect . Would 100% recommend. Warmest place we have stayed in Vietnam - we even got a packed lunch for the journey back . Amazing ! We love Flower and her family 🥰

From the early beginning we came to HY hotel we felt absolutely welcomed by the best recepcionist Min. She have explained us details about the accommodation, the centrum of Hoi An, all activities and trips you can book even trough the hotel. The best about this place was the atmosphere. Really warm and friendly. The recepcionist were making sure how are you all the time and even asking how was your day and what's your plans. Besides this, room by itself was very beautiful, cozy and reminding us home. With all cute decoration + also good equipped with AC, hair dryer, cosmetics like shower gel and shampoo, clothes hanger. You can also take a bottles of cold water to your room or prepare coffee absolutely for free. We really love this place. Thank you! Totally recommend :)

Nastanitev MaiChi Villa Hoi An se nahaja v Hoi Anu in ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt ter restavracijo. The location is great, very close to the Hoi An night market but still in a peaceful street. The host was so sweet and helpful, the room was spacious and modern,… If I ever come back to Hoi An, I would definitely stay here again!

Located in Hoi An, 850 meters from Japanese Covered Bridge, Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel Hoi An provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and a fitness centre. Well designed, clean rooms. Air conditioning works like it should, cools the room quietly, and not positioned directly over your head. Very kind, attentive staff, direct you towards the genuine locations. Daisy was especially helpful in arranging our transfer to the Cham Islands. Secluded location but not out the way. The rooftop pool is excellent (closes at 10pm, there's such thing as a bedtime here!)

The rooms were extremely clean, food was delicious and staff was very courteous. In particular, the manager Nam was very kind & helpful throughout our stay. He even helped us book the Memories show and Coconut boat tour. The hotel is also super close to the ancient town - a big advantage. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Set in Hoi An in Quang Nam region, Allegro Hoi An - Little Luxury Hotel & Spa is 400 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge and Assembly Hall of the Cantonese Chinese Congregation. Very polite and attentive staff. We were greeted by Hilary when we arrived. She checked us in and gave us plenty of advise. She was exceedingly helpful The beds were really comfortable . Rooms immaculate . Great selection for breakfast, the Guest Advisor always came over for a chat and see how you were getting on. Pool area looked very nice but we never got to use it because weather was not too good.

Offering a refreshing outdoor pool and a spa centre, Nostalgia Hotel and Spa is situated just 900 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge in Hoi An. The staff , especially Kevin, are very kind and welcoming! Consistently assisted with anything at all but without bothering - we truly appreciated it. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk from the center , but we didn’t mind the walk at all. The AC works amazing in the room (better than my own AC back home!!!) and the bed is super comfy. We immediately requested a quiet room when we first got to the hotel and indeed we got a very quiet room which was lovely.
