AustriaI came here for a solo writing retreat. It was really perfect - lovely and quiet, very clean and comfortable room (extremely comfy bed). I would love to come here again. Breakfast is continental - ham, cheese, jam, some veggies and bread rolls. I also asked for a boiled egg and they were happy to make it for me every day. As well as lovely coffee. The service is really wonderful. Honestly if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax or get some work done, away from the hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place to stay. The garden was absolutely lovely. Only thing to note is that I used public transport to get here, and it's a bit out of the way.There's a bus (but not very frequent) that brings you to the bottom of the hill from the property. The nearest grocery store is about a 40 min walk away if you don't want to wait for the bus. The owners were very nice and gave me a lift to the train station on the day I left - as it was a Saturday and the bus wasn't running.

United StatesGreat place to stay. We enjoyed our beautiful, spacious, clean accommodations. Breakfast was so good. Our hostess, couldn’t have been kinder. She was very generous with her assistance and time. We liked everything about our stay. It’s in a nice location, is an easy walk to the bike path and the train/bus station. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

It is nice to be woken up by birds song and saw also some deers and rabbits on the way to the guesthouse. I went there once by bicycle (a smaller hill at the end) and by foot. The location can be approached also by bus nr. 106. It is a bit downside if you miss the bus you have to walk to the town. And great, fresh ground coffee and Sonnentor teas. And pear juice from a local farm. The couple who run this place are very kind, warm and gentle and the rooms were spotless and comfortable.
