The view was amazing. the staff was very nice and helpful (mainly spoke italian but we managed). Th
e room was very nice and clean, and there is an amazing common area in the basement with the old original walls. They have a nice parking garage next to the house.

It has been cleverly refurbished and the rooms were modern, neat and practical. The food was excellent and it was so nice to have a proper pillow! The restaurant was full in the evening and many seemed to be locals. That’s always a good sign. The pork shank was superb.

Ca' Barroni Agriresort has the best of both worlds: an original, cozy, recently renovated building that is tastefully decorated, located in a stunning location with breathtaking vistas. The Orobie Alps, fields and villages at a distance in the front, vines all around, cactii on the sides, the UNESCO recognized Via dei Terrazamenti at a walking distance, with the 10th century Madonna de la Sassella sanctuary visible from your balcony. The Noce room that we occupied is very comfortable and nicely set, besides having an inviting balcony with a view that is to die for. Quiet and restful, but also ideal for people who like walking and exploring. The collazione (breakfast) is both generous and delicious, and Arianna is a wonderful host who cares from Ca' Barroni's guests. A big 10 !!!

The host welcomed us like family. Since he has a winery as well he let us taste wine ( more than a taste) also brought out snacks and cheese which was soooo good and appreciated after a long day of driving.
Breakfast was continental but very good.

The building is a beautiful property that has kept all of its original charm.
The people here are by far the best part of the experience. We were welcomed from the start of our stay - breakfast was beautiful everyday with produce that has been home made, we had a tour of the impressive wine cellar and a fantastic wine tasting to round of a fantastic week.
