Daz was excellent and really helpful. We were a little unlucky with the rain ! Maybe an Umbrella over the outdoor cooking equipment , table & chairs would be helpful for either rain or sunshine.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Walking in the house was warm. Heaters were on, lighting was also on. It sounded like a spa retreat. Ambient music was playing. A bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely touch. The communication all the way was amazing. Can't ate highly enough

The room was warm (they left the heater on), the bed was very large and comfy, the little couch was cute and lost of space for a hotel/motel room. Loved the little touches like the free chips and twistes and little chocolate as well as the free water. Everything was spotless including the bathroom which had lovel Salus shampoo, conditioner and soap and crisp white towels.

The house was cozy yet spacious. The fire gave a lovely atmosphere on a cold winter night. The beds were super comfy and fitted with electric blankets. Kangaroos greeted us in the morning too!

Can't rate this place highly enough for families and would be a perfect romantic retreat too! Incredible location, loved exploring the land and seeing all the kangaroos was amazing. Place itself was spotless, heater was great for warming up the place and comfy bed/sofa bed. We will be back in the future

Heather and Ned are the most lovely hosts and The Retreat was the perfect way to have a night away to relax. The couch in front of the fire is super comfy and perfect for a cup of tea and a good book.
