They demoted our package by asking for more money from someone else. When we questioned this, they gave us a refund and let us go. We had to find a new place at the last minute.

I have really mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the location is amazing, it’s almost at the top of a hill, and the off-road ride to get there was a great experience. But charging almost €90 for a tent and €130 for a tree house feels like a rip-off. It’s one of the most expensive places in Munnar, and for that price, they should at least keep the property clean and a bit more comfortable. I’m not expecting luxury, but basic improvements would go a long way; clean the windows, sweep away the leaves, make the cottage feel a bit more inviting.
The food was okay, just average. The views are definitely beautiful, but honestly, there are nicer spots in Munnar unless you’re really into being deep in the forest.
The staff were super friendly, which I really appreciated. Overall, though, it was a mixed experience, and I wouldn’t come back.

Food was excellent and the host was very friendly. There was bonfire in the night and music after dinner. that was a pleasant surprise. The trip next day to the mountains was a good experience.
