Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended!
I spent a wonderful week at this hotel on a half-board basis, and I can’t praise the experience enough. The food was simply outstanding! The staff quickly learned my preferences and tailored a vegetarian menu rich in protein, which was especially great considering the amount of sports I did.
The hotel itself was clean and well-organized, with spacious and comfortable rooms, a beautiful balcony with stunning views, and an overall warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was professional and attentive throughout my stay, and every request was met with a smile.
The skiing experience was fantastic – I took lessons at the local ski school with Martina, who was an excellent instructor. Hans, the school manager, was also amazing and ensured everything ran smoothly.
The shuttles were punctual, adding to the sense of freedom and ease throughout the trip.
Overall, this was one of the best vacations I’ve had, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights in mid December. We've visited St J in T before and hoped to ski a day and knew that the Crystal was handy for the lifts. The hotel wasn't fully open for the winter season ( bar and restaurant still closed), and we were very kindly given a free upgrade to a balcony room, and had a complimentary coffee machine. Clean, comfortable, great location and lovely spacious rooms. We only saw one staff member, and she was really kind and helpful. The Christmas Markets were on in the town square which is just a short walk away, and so beautiful and uncommercial.

Breakfast was great but sometimes a little slow. Great choice, friendly staff and overall very good.

Kitzbühel is a stunning village with charming, mostly car-free streets perfect for walking. If you're planning to shop for clothes, be ready to give your credit card a workout! The area boasts fantastic places to eat and drink, and for the ultimate après-ski experience, The Londoner is the spot to be. Located right across from the hotel, it comes alive from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with great music and an electric atmosphere..
Featuring an indoor pool and a spa area, enjoy a quiet location amid the Kitzbühel Alps, a 5-minute walk from Kirchberg's centre. Guests can ski down to the property.
