We absolutely loved our stay at the ERIKA! The room was warm, with dark colorway. All the staff were so very nice to us! The breakfast buffet was some of our favorites during our trip to Austria. It was a premium price, but I felt this was a premium hotel. I was hoping for an iron in the room, but no such luck. My guess is if I requested one, they would bring it right up or they would have pressed my shirt for me! Nothing for us to dislike about this property! Thank you ERIKA staff for making our stay in Kitzbühel a very memorable one!

Very cozy hotel, big rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view. Really lovely staff, especially Hexi :) Great food and restaurant area, a short 5 min drive to town. Loved everything about it.

We had a wonderful experience at the Gartenhotel Rosenhof. We were a part of a very large group (about 20 adults and 20 kids), with a lot of needs, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, made a lot of accommodations for us and helped us make restaurant reservations for our very large group. The rooms were very clean, and tea and coffee were available around the clock. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Kitzbuchel area.

I liked the authenticity of the hotel with austrian traditional design. I liked the staff so much they are so well trained and extremely welcoming and i never felt like there was somerhing miasing. This is orobably the best hotel staff i have encountered. Laatly the spa was AMAZING!
