The newly remodeled Kyah is a renovated motel, set on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens in a quiet backstreet in the Blue Mountains' bohemian Blackheath.

The staff were warm and welcoming, we liked the atmosphere and unique palm-springs feel. The facilities such as the sauna and hot tub were fantastic and very relaxing!

There’s no food available anywhere at night and it is not close enough to go into town. Staff who checked us in was ‘not happy to be there’- soured our first impression. Signs were up saying places were inaccessible due to events but events looked to be long over? We were unsure if we could access and did not want to bother front desk again. Pillows were cheap.
Want to step out of your hotel and directly onto a beautiful golf course? That's exactly what you’ll get when you stay at a golf hotel. On top of easy access to the course, they often feature luxury facilities like gourmet restaurants, health spas, and high-end shops. Golf hotels are often set in beautiful locations, so lots of different outdoor activities are right at hand, too.
The property is very well appointed, comfortable and well located with a delightful view. Those huge windows looking over the golf course are captivating.
The property was spacious and comfortable with fantastic views across the quiet golf course.
Finding the property and access to it were easy.
The location was perfect for exploring the area around Blackheath and the Blue Mountain NP generally.
Bedroom large and bed very soft. Smallish but, adequate bathroom. There was a big variety of bar snacks and drinks in the room. Included breakfast from the grazing table was excellent. The hot tub was a very nice addition to our stay. We also dined at Blaq which was fabulous and played golf across the road. Electric charger was a bonus.
classic 1950s home - very roomy and clean.
brilliant veranda and view over the golf course.
it is an easy place to enjoy with comfortable furniture and floor to ceiling windows in the lounge. not too fussy and amazing location.
Great property and wonderful hosts. Tanya and John have a great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for as well as a fully stocked kitchen with complementary breakfast goods. The property itself was very charming, clean and well maintained. Communication from Tanya and John including their instructions were very clear and informative. They were a pleasure to deal with. Location wise, it is a stone's throw to the golf course and couple of minute drive from all the blackheath shops.
