Very cute and welcoming, quiet and comfortable, hand painted flowers on the furniture, located 5min walking from the ski lift and you can ski right back down directly to the hotel. Has a wellness center with a sauna and jacuzzi and hamam in the hotel - very relaxing after a long day of ski! Very comfortable beds, very homey and generous breakfast included. Scottish themed restaurant had an amazing homemade butterscotch cake with homemade smokey whisky-flavored ice cream. The manager was very nice, let us leave the car parked in the parking for the day while we skied after checkout.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mont Cervin Palace, and while everything about the hotel was top-notch, what truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional care from the concierge team, especially Pietro.
