- The beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too. - The room and the rest of the establishment were clean, organised, and nicely decorated - The food and drinks were good and there were a lot of choices. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite - The majority of the staff were polite and friendly - We enjoyed the dance classes (although quite short) and the beach activities like kayak and catamaran - We had a late-afternoon flight, so we appreciated being able to stay in the premises after checking-out.

I stayed at the Premium level and beach was right in front, great view. Room is old fashioned but large with huge bed. Noise did not bother me. Food was not great but good and had good variety. I went to 2 premium restaurants, the Kyoto was not good but La comedie was ok. Caribe restaurant was the best for me and it's free. The pool and beach area are very nice. Adults only section is strict, I did not see a single kid there. Some people complained about the lack of music but we loved that. It has some music in the restaurants but very calm.

First of all its not kids friendly. They have a mini club for kids but its in the middle of the sun and the kids disco its only adult songs and baby shark. Kids cannot have fun on that. Second u need to book for the a la cart restaurants 3 days in advance and even though the food was not good. Third the employees are having the worst attitude only when there is a tip they are smiling. Fourth the beach was full of seaweed When texting for housekeeping it takes several hours to get it. After making a appointment met guest relation to have everyday housekeeping at 10:00 am they still come at 1400 1500 and even 2100. When u ask for water or towels it takes also half a day to arrive. Also we were privileged i ordered 1 time room service it said it takes 45 mins and came after 2.5 hours with cold fries and a half baked sandwich. There is not really anything to do in the night. The casino is empty and maximum bets are 1 till 5 and 5 till 25. Poker the game is sometimes but they take every hand 1$ and there is no cap on 5%
