    Very welcoming and comfortable with a lot of clean soft furnishings about. Home was decorated lovingly with so many cute plants. Value for money was great, very spacious perfect for a family, a group, or a couple with pets. Host/owners were very accommodating and friendly!! Key amenities (extra towels, hand wash, iron, big fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer) were provided. Area was quiet and next to golf course with a lot of nearby green spaces.

    Breakfast wasn't included in price as had booked through Bookings.com but could buy one for additional cost. Room very basic for price and overlooked a building site. Didn't get chance to use bar although looked nice. Hotel situated about 20 mins out of Manchester city centre and was in a quiet location by golf course. Hotel used for kids clubs on a Saturday morning (dance/ judo etc) and also has facilities such as squash courts and gym.

    Truly magical place. Sparking clean with amazing panoramic fishtank which we loved. Great shower with built in radio :) Amazing spiral staircase that leads you upstairs. Everything spot on. Woodlands across the garden which we enjoyed. Peaceful, quiet, a real gem. Only few minutes by car to Manchester city centre. Golf course just few meters from the property. Ideal for families and groups of friends travelling. Pet friendly. Amazing people running this place. We love the place guys! Keep the good work!

    Central location; near restaurants, shopping center, crazy golf, football museum, etc. 5 minute walk from Shudehill tram where you can travel to old Trafford, Trafford shopping center, old imperial museum, etc. Very easy to get to from Manchester Airport via train or tram. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and fit for purpose, plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and happy to help; they gave the impression they liked their job and were happy.

    Spacious bathroom, breakfast inclusion, empathy and care from staff at help desk and also lady at breakfast buffet who was friendly making sure my little girls were ok. Excellent help desk service staff who held and tagged our luggage for us for later check in while we visited exhibitions, museum, sea-life, cruise, golfing, shopping and other attractions. Nice view and location. Also happy they had access to disabled toilet at breakfast as had to help change my girls as a dad.
