New ZealandThe hotel is just ok. It is listed as 5* but is a bit outdated. If you are European this will be a decent 3* hotel rather than 5*.
It needs a bit of refurbishments.
Outside of that everything was perfect! The staff is super helpful and go way above to accommodate you. The restaurants are ok. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit mouldy smell. We enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money, but didn’t wowed us.

No washer but there is an excellent laundry on the access road to the villa, and good prices too! This villa came with the use of a golf buggy - this was well used and very handy. Because it's someone's home, it was very equippt: there's a coffee machine, outdoor bar, pool toys, games, streaming tvs, restaurant recommendations, the list goes on. The golf cart was a highlight, we really enjoyed taking it to the beach and out for dinner! The villa was really comfortable and there's so many places to relax. Property is big - bikes to get about and taken to the villa by golf buggy. Clean. Well appointed. Bedroom is large. Bathroom lovely. Private pool clean and warm. Kitchen facilities satisfactory.
