Nice and relaxing place to stay, the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the sun lounges were not comfortable with no mats on them

Novotel Bali Nusa Dua features a spa and 4 dining options. It boasts spacious rooms, as well as suites with living, dining and kitchen areas.

The hotel is just ok. It is listed as 5* but is a bit outdated. If you are European this will be a decent 3* hotel rather than 5*. It needs a bit of refurbishments. Outside of that everything was perfect! The staff is super helpful and go way above to accommodate you. The restaurants are ok. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit mouldy smell. We enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money, but didn’t wowed us.

    The executive king ocean view room was comfortable, bed was huge-we had good restful sleep after our golf. Love the balcony with great ocean view, look out for monkey tho, they love paying balcony visits every now and then. Staff were courteous and friendly, the breakfast spread was good.

    Ideally located for golfers as the walk to Bali National Golf course is only 5 minutes. Nice quiet hotel with very large clean rooms. The pool is clean. Still Balinesey with hanging gardens etc. Food quite nice with restaurant near pool.

    The breakfast was good, however it wasn’t made clear that we were staying at the family part of the resort which is separate to the main Grand Mirage hotel. This was a minor inconvenience as you could catch a golf cart to the other hotel

    The size of the villa and the private pool is something out of a movie. This was the most luxurious experience we had in Bali and the perfect way to end our trip. The villa is fully equipped with everything and the property is so big, they have a golf cart to shuttle you around.

    We loved the villa! It is very spacious, incl. indoor and outdoor bathroom showers! Also, a great outdoor living room area and a nice private pool. A lot of privacy! A nice restaurant/bar, tasty food and a good selection of wine. Great breakfast. Also, a huge swimming pool by the restaurant. The beach is a 5-min. walk and there seems to be the hotel beach club (but was closed during our stay due to Covid restrictions). 3-min drive to Bali National golf course.
