Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji Victoria is located on the outskirts of Bielsko-Biała's city centre and it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and numerous sports facilities.

Nothing. Very noisy from 7 am until midnight with people moving furniture/ sports equipment etc. in the floor above. I complained to the reception with no answer whatsoever. Very inflexible and unfriendly staff.
