I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center in February. The hotel was clean, modern, and my room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a great layout. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access everything I needed in Chandler. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Friendly and helpful receptionist who arranged the most suitable room location for us, everything we needed in a very clean room with coffee machine and coffee at reception freely available too. Well positioned, looking straight on to the Park for running and walking, 20 mins from Sky Harbor, 7 mins from Scottsdale Old Town and across the road from a "Fry's" supermarket and other shops. Non pretentious and good value for money.

    I like fact that it was a historical hotel and that there was a lot of history in the area. I also liked the amount of restaurant and shops near by and San Marcos golf course.

    Check in was smooth with no problem or delays. Front desk personnel were friendly, attentive, professional. Sorry we didn’t remember their names. We checked in on Friday, 4 Aug 23 @ 1530 hours. So the two gentlemen working during that particular shift should be recognized for their first class service. Room was exactly as it was pictured, clean and comfortable. Location was great for our needs (golf and shopping).
