Stadtvilla Schladming Boutiquehotel is set in a quiet side street in the centre of Schladming. There is an on-site spa area with a sauna, infrared cabin and a relaxation lounge. We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this great hotel, so much so that when we were in Schladming again two nights later we booked again. The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.
