The presence of Miele and Siemens appliances, including a washer and dryer, dish washer, a top-notch oven, and innovative dish warming feature, elevates convenience. Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. Breathtaking view! I stayed in Annex. The room was comfortable and had all the required stuff to make the stay comfortable. The view from the room was breathtakingly beautiful. One can see the mountains, the lake, and the houses below. It was picture-perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is great with easy access to train and bus from the hotel.

There is a magnificent view of the lake from the park near the hotel! The staff is very hospitable and welcoming! The room is large and the TV is simply huge! We really enjoyed our stay! *Just need to take into account the city tax - it's quite high /but it's not the hotel's fault/.
