Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. It is a lovely and spotless small hotel. I felt like staying at home. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was superior. We had one dinner at the restaurant too. The bus stop is at the door of the hotel, and we used the free bus pass to visit Luzern. Parking at the front and free.

Neustadt Apartments managed by Hotel Central Luzern ligger praktisk til i sentrum av Luzern, like i nærheten av Luzern jernbanestasjon, Løvemonumentet og KKL Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern. Amazing, complete and spacious apartment right in the middle of the city! Was nice because the apartment was managed by Hotel Central and so everything we needed we could ask from reception. They also gave us free train tickets to see the city.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and... Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. Very comfortable and clean apartments with easy accessibility to the train station. Above all, the host, Christian, was awesome.
