The staff was all super attentive and helpful. There hasn’t been a hotel in recent years where I felt that the hotel staff were all equally trained. Burgenstock surpassed my expectations.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Beautiful locations with perfect scenery, the hotel was very pretty with an amazing pool with mountain views. Our room was spacious and comfortable . We really appreciate LIAN who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even at the end. She is very professional and makes sure the guests are comfortable during the stay. A very warm and generous person 😊

Hotel des Balances se nahaja na slikoviti lokaciji ob reki Reuss v starem jedru mesta Luzern. Brezžični internet je na voljo brezplačno. The hotel was absolutely beautiful next to the lake.

Nastanitev Neustadt Apartments managed by Hotel Central Luzern na vrhunski lokaciji v središču mesta Luzern, v neposredni bližini znamenitosti železniška postaja Luzern, Spomenik Löwendenkmal in... Amazing, complete and spacious apartment right in the middle of the city! Was nice because the apartment was managed by Hotel Central and so everything we needed we could ask from reception. They also gave us free train tickets to see the city.

In Lucerne, 4.6 km from the KKL Culture and Congress Center Lucerne, the Gasthaus Badhof offers you very spacious rooms with the best comfort. Room was spacious and the view of the room was amazing. And!!! It is dog-friendly. Very easy 40min -1h walk around the golf course, fell in love with the scenes.

The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. In fact, I liked everything in this apartment. Starting with the people, who were very friendly and efficient. I was given a paper that allowed me to have several discounts in activities and I was also given a ticket to the museum of transport for free. The location is excellent: near the center and quiet at the same time. The place was clean and had everything I needed during my stay, including the kitchenware to cook some meals (simple meals, in my case).

The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular. We had a wonderful stay.
