Our host Cristian thought of everything, even laying out kindling in the wood stove so it was ready to be lit when the evening turned cool. Comfortable and firm beds, great water pressure, well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in two different cabins — one had a washing machine which was very handy.

I loved the atmosphere of Casa Ayacara, it was everything I imagined. Like stepping into a hotel from the 20's with wooden floor and wooden everything. Just lovely. Staff was welcoming and very hospitable. The newly opened restaurant (not part of the hotel but in the same room where breakfast is served) served perfect homemade Italian pasta and it wasd the best breakfast we had in all of Chile.

Los Laureles is a magical place!! The view from the room and balcony is spectacular. Flowers in the room, all done with so much love and taste. Nicola, the owner, went above and beyond to help us with a problem with our car and his advice what to do and to see in the region. The place for a perfect romantic holiday!

Beautifully clean and light and airy with secure parking off road but safe on road area too. Kareen was such a lovely host - very helpful and her mother and son were great too. A real family business. Karen’s mother did our laundry for us which was much appreciated . Comfortable bed. Kitchen adequately stocked . Didn’t use the oven but gas hob worked fine and there is a microwave if needed.
