Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. I like the room and facilities in here . All the stuff are friendly and helpfull . Next time in the future when I have my holiday ,I will come over here again and stay more longer .

I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

Great restaurants and a spa. Loved the Christmas decorations too. One little thing I enjoyed was how the TV lit up with calm yet happy music once you step into your room each time; it was super welcoming.
