We really appreciate the staff’s kindness and thoughtfulness specially Robert. He really puts his heart into the guest’s comfort . So patient. You don’t see that kind of service anymore so refreshing.Everything was just so relaxing , felt like home. We did a tour with them to Sade village and private transfer to airport , it was good as well. Rented bike nearby which allows us the visit the island. Did some snorkelling on our own on the island. Thank you soooo much.

The villa was beautiful and a good value with all the amenities we needed. We really liked the mini-pool - I thought it would be too small to swim in, but it has a strong current so you can actually swim while staying in the center of it. The staff was great - Jenson greeted us and checked us in and was very friendly. It's in the center of the island, but not a far walk to the beach. We'd stay again!

The villas were stunning, featuring a private pool and everything you'd expect from a luxury villa resort. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the assistance we received in organizing private boat taxis directly from the beachfront, which was just a 30-second walk from our villa. These boats took us to the beautiful islands of Gili Air and Gili Meno - definitely a must-do when you're in Lombok. In the restaurant, they paid careful attention to my allergies by providing gluten-free options, and the food was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which extended until late afternoon - perfect for lazy mornings! Kayana Beach is a true gem in Lombok, and it made our honeymoon incredibly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a combination of luxury, adventure, and relaxation.

Great location outside the busyness of the centre. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast smoothie bowl was amazing!
