The room and the bed are very comfortable. The Asiatic restaurant close to the Spa is very good and the Spa ( massages) as well. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever get .The front desk is very helpful. I would definitely go again ! ( sorry having spent only one night)

Santa Gurung and his lovely family made us feel so completely at home. Our lovely room was very private and we were able to have our breakfast on a sheltered balcony overlooking the valley and the Himalayas beyond, and their family’s flower gardens, fruit trees and vegetables, which often were part of breakfast. It is one thing to tour a new country, but it is so much more meaningful when you have the experience of getting to know your hosts. We left India, having seen so many beautiful temples and other special sites, but the feeling and the knowing that we had made friends, people we hope to see again, is the most precious of all. Thank you Gurungs for sharing a bit of your life with us. We will always remember you folks with love.

The hospitality provided by pride plaza was wonderful . The buffet spread at breakfast was really very good.The rooms are wonderful and the behaviour of the front office staffs was ausumn and Ms Archana took great care of me. Thank you Pride Plaza

Very clean, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom facilities together with good view. Restaurant was exceptional with top class food quality and lot to choose from the menu. Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Excellent room service. Definitely good value for the money.

Personál je neuvěřitelně ochotný a milý, neustále nás zdravili. Pokoj byl obrovský a dokonale čistý, snídaně úžasná. Bazén je velký a čistý, pára také. Hotel s bazénem jsme vybrali právě kvůli častým dešťům, abychom mohli alespoň plavat, kdyby celý náš pobyt v Kalkatě pršelo. Hotel se nachází jen kousek od metra. :)

Everything was perfect...Room was really big and clean, hotel is totally new...The host and her family are special persons.... Best place to sleep in Siliguri... Sure we will be back! Thank you ji!
