Offering a year-round outdoor pool and fitness centre, Factoria Hotel is set in Asuncion, 3.6 km from United Nations Information Centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. This hotel was a dream. What an imaginative repurpose the factory. The decor is top notch, the beds sublime and staff are fantastic. Onsite restaurant is wonderful also.

Located in the city centre, next to the restaurants and commercial area, Villa Floreal Hotel Boutique features an outdoor swimming pool, meeting facilities and BBQ facilities in Asuncion. Location is unbeatable - in a great (and safe) part of town, yet very quiet, with several good pizza places and cafe/restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Having the pool (literally) outside your door is obviously fantastic! Breakfast included a very wide selection: omelette or scrambled eggs, and the usual selection of toast, ham, cheese, fresh fruit cocktail, croissants and other cakes, and water, juice, tea and coffee. Our room, No. 4, was very large (King bed), comfortable with a great shower, and also had a small kitchenette with a microwave and a mini-bar stocked with beer and water. Although we didn't use them, the hotel had a small bar, a small gym and two beautiful sittings rooms, full of art and the owners antiques and memorabilia, obviously collected over many years.

The rooms are simple, but comfortable and spotlessly clean! The garden is beautiful. You can watch hummingbirds and butterflies as you sip your coffee. The house is in a very nice and safe neighborhood, not far from the airport and Shopping del Sol.
