XVA Art hotel is located within the heart of historic Al Bastakiya. It offers elegant rooms featuring art by well-established designers and artists from the region, including Zayan Ghandour and Numa.

Our fourth time in the hotel in the past several years, we really continue to enjoy this hotel. Our first room was a little tight under a wind tower, with no place really to hang our dress clothing, no window and a bit stuffy and we switched rooms, enjoying the second room much more (as we have enjoyed several other rooms in the hotel). We love the courtyards and the upper balcony for relaxing. The staff really accommodate our needs. The breakfast is superb, beautiful, tasty, generous, regional food. In the modern Dubai, a stay here is a step back in time. There are several nice places to eat nearby. It is a great walk to the waterfront and the nearby souks. We will likely stay again on our next visit.

    Great location , very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Apartment was fully equipped, everything you need for cooking and dining. Beautiful luxury building and apartment. Qstay was a great host, very professional and helpful. The pool and gym was very nice.

    Nice quiet rooms with good facilities- tea, coffee, cooler ( a fridge would have been nice), plenty of hot water, towels and robe with slippers. Breakfast good variety nice egg station. Additional variety of fresh fruit rather than just melon. Pool area was lovely with towels and plenty of seating. Shuttle to kite beach (30mins away) was good. Really cheap and tasty cafe at the bus station - lovely lemon chicken and fruit shakes.

    I travel for business, my trips are short but intense, hence always looking for relaxing atmosphere and quiet, yet convenient as location place to stay. All staff members were very polite. Rooms / apartments - were nice, clean and tidy. Great location, hotel is situated to a near by metro station (walking distance 3-4 min) as well as shopping centre (City Centre Deira).

    Great location, at the foot of the bridge to the beach. Comfortable place with everything you need. Supermarket across the street (with VERY cheap prices for Dubai). Host Sherif was very nice and allowed a slightly late check out, which came in very handy.

    The hostel is very good and quiet, close to the metro, just 2 minutes walk, close to shops. The manager Samir is very nice and offers free meals and drinks. There are extras at cheap prices. Air conditioning is good. I recommend this place to guests the value for price very nice ☺️
