It is very well organised, very warm, with marble floors with heating. It is very clean. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We were offered complementary tea with bakery when we were leaving. There is a secured parking and the location is quiet, off the main street but is very close to great restaurants in the centre. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Aman was very nice and helpful person and as he was usually playing board games with his friends in a small hut next to the apartment, we never had to wait when we needed something.
